At Retro Fashion Hub, all products are made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the production and delivery timelines outlined below.
- Free shipping on all orders within India
- Manufacturing/Processing Time: 10–15 business days from order confirmation
- Orders are dispatched only after completion of production
- Delivery Time: 4–7 business days after dispatch within India
- We use secure, high-quality packaging to ensure products arrive in good condition
Important Notes:
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or expedited during the production phase
- Any express or priority shipping options, if offered at checkout, apply only after dispatch and do not reduce production time
- Shipping charges (if any applicable in special cases) are non-refundable under all circumstances
Return & Exchange Policy
All purchases made on Retro Fashion Hub are final. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted under any circumstances, except as stated below
- Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged or incorrect due to our error
- Customers must inspect the package immediately upon delivery
To be eligible for a claim:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- A valid claim must include clear photo/video proof, unboxing evidence (if available), and the order details
- Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances
Resolution of Claims:
- We reserve the sole right to verify and determine the validity of any claim
- If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion
- Refunds will not be issued in any case
Additional Conditions:
- Minor variations in colour, shade, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen/display differences and do not qualify as defects
- Normal wear and tear, improper handling, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return or replacement
- Products that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for any claims
