Can i edit the order once placed ?Unfortunately, we cannot change/ cancel the order once placed. Please double check the order before placing & check the FAQ/ T&C page.

How long does it take to Deliver my item?The individual production time is mentioned in the product description. Once dispatched, the tracking number will be sent to the registered email address along with the tracking link. Products that are made on order basis require 4-7 business days to dispatch. *BUSINESS DAYS DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY, SUNDAY & HOLIDAYS.

What if the product is undelivered/ Returned back to you?Please make sure to check the address before confirming the order and make sure that complete address is provided. If returned back to us due to- incomplete address/ Wrong address we are not responsible and you'll be charged with a resend fee.

What are the recommended Wash Care tips?Cotton - Wash only in cold water. First two washes should be hand wash. Use mild detergents. Dry inside out. Georgette - Wash only in cold water. Use mild detergents and low iron.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
